Terms & Conditions – Wilpattu Safari Tours

Thank you for choosing [Your Company Name]. By booking a safari tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Prices displayed are subject to change until your booking is finalized.
  • Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our website.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations:
  • More than 14 days before safari date → Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • 7–14 days before safari date → 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days or no-show → Non-refundable.
  • Company Cancellations:
  • If we cancel due to weather, park closure, or other unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Itinerary & Wildlife Sightings

  • Safari itineraries may change due to weather, wildlife movement, or park regulations.
  • Wildlife sightings (including leopards, elephants, and other animals) cannot be guaranteed, as they are in their natural habitat.

4. Safety & Responsibility

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the safari guide.
  • Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before booking.

5. Environment & Park Rules

  • Feeding, disturbing, or harming wildlife is strictly prohibited.
  • Littering, smoking, and alcohol consumption inside the park are not allowed.
  • Help us protect Wilpattu’s natural beauty for future generations.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses caused by natural events, third-party services, or factors beyond our control.
  • We strongly recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance covering medical needs, cancellations, and personal belongings.

7. Photography & Media

  • Guests may take photos and videos for personal use.
  • We may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know in advance.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
